Noted for his One minute sculptures series, Erwin Wurm uses games, subtle humour and satire to question the status of the artist within our consumer society. He has taken part in a number of one-man and collective exhibitions worldwide, notably at the MOMA in New York, the Albertina in Vienna, the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the Venice Biennial. He is represented in major collections such as the Solomon Guggenheim in New York.
